XILS 3 LE DOWNLOAD?

Hello,
I purchashed XILS 3 LE about 3 hours ago through PayPal.
I am still waiting for download/download link.
In my XLIS account it says "This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment",
and has said that since i bought this product.
I received the email with pass. Just need XILS 3 LE now..

Is this normal procedure? Please help!

Yes, this is the normal procedure but it is not very clear.
I will change the email sent to the XILS 3 LE customers.
The installer as well as the manual can be downloaded on the following web page (at the bottom) :
