all presets in the player sound wrong

they all sound wrong and unpleasant when compared to the same presets in the demo of the full version which sound fine.
this is when they are initially loaded with no parameters assigned

i am running it as RTAS in PT9.

let me know where to post an mp3 of how it sounds or please advise.
