Only an unused activation code or eLicense dongle including a valid license can be returned without any fee.
We try to test each eLicense dongle we send, If you got one that does not function, we will send you a new one, as soon as possible.
Our products are well tested on many computers and operating systems, from time to time some time, some incompatibilities do occur
That is why we offer fully functioning demos for you to try.
We cannot take responsibility for any dysfunction in your system. So please try the demo first.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. (Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.)
We ship is by National Post, since the only product we physically ship is an empty eLicenser, which as little value.

Broken or stolen dongle
Please be careful with your eLicenser or iLok : it is your license for your software, we cannot do anything for you if it gets lost or broken
We are willing, under most circumstances, based upon our relationship with you, to re-issue and authorization but we cannot provide a new dongle.
Not every company will do this, so please, keep an eye on your dongle and use it wisely.
